We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bar Manager to lead our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Oxford Belfry. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and revenue growth in our bar and lounge area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Bar team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability in the bar and lounge area.
  • Monitor and control costs, including inventory, labor, and supplies.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service and high-quality products.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
