Lead the Bar Team at DoubleTree by Hilton Oxford Belfry

We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, revenue growth, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Bar team to ensure excellent service, quality, and consistency
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize sales
  • Manage staff performance, training, and development to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security in the Bar area
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service and quality

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality management role, preferably in a similar environment
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of food and beverage trends, best practices, and wine and spirits
