M&E Surveyor Job Description

At GR Associates, we are seeking a skilled M&E Surveyor to join our team. As an M&E Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the condition of M&E services in commercial buildings and informing the long-term lifecycle plan of all HVAC services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect M&E assets on a range of commercial buildings, from Heritage listed buildings to large industrial properties, and prepare survey and condition reports identifying all improvement/rectification works required.
  • Carry out survey work across the estates/buildings in line with the schedules.
  • Evaluate M&E plant condition from various sources of information, including customer feedback, PPM reports, help desk calls, BMS, energy reports, specialist survey reports, and drone footage.
Requirements:
  • Experience of carrying out M&E plant condition surveys.
  • Any relevant qualifications or M&E related certifications are welcome.
