Mainstay Industrial is seeking a highly skilled M&E Asset Condition Surveyor to join our team on a prestigious contract. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a PFI setting, evaluating and assessing the physical state of various assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess the condition of M&E assets to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve asset performance and extend their lifespan.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize asset maintenance and repair needs.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect and assess asset condition, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of asset condition, maintenance, and repair activities.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a PFI setting, with a strong understanding of M&E asset management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize asset maintenance and repair needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
