Job Title: Principal M&E Surveying Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal M&E Surveying Engineer to join our team at AA Projects Ltd. As a key member of our Mechanical and Electrical Services Asset Surveying Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality surveys and reports, ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the delivery of M&E full asset capture, life-cycle, condition, and dilapidation surveys.
  • Maintain and enhance technical knowledge to produce high-quality surveys and reports.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and other surveying departments.
  • Lead teams in survey commissions and carry out site surveys to record, condition grade, and detail existing mechanical and electrical services assets.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve survey processes and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • City & Guilds or HNC/HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Proficient in the use of IT systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Senior Mechanical and Electrical Services surveying experience, delivering projects, coordinating teams, meeting deadlines, and attending client progress meetings.
  • Experience training and developing the careers of graduate and less experienced surveyors.
  • Good knowledge of British Standards, regulations, and mechanical and electrical services design and installation practices.
