About the Role
As the Apprenticeship Data and Compliance Manager at Queen Mary University of London, you will lead initiatives to enhance apprenticeship data quality, integrity, and usability across the apprenticeship provision. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will develop and manage ESFA and Ofsted data requirements, prioritize improvements, and establish automated data quality reporting systems to drive better decision-making and operational efficiency across the provision.
About You
You will have significant and up-to-date operational experience in managing ESFA data returns in accordance with the funding rules, as well as demonstrable experience of improving compliance across the provision. You will have excellent management skills and be comfortable working collaboratively with others. As this role is multi-faceted, covering both ESFA, Ofsted, and other regulatory returns, you will need to establish effective working relationships with a range of both internal and external key stakeholders and be committed to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of any changes to the ESFA funding rules.
About the Department
The Degree Apprenticeship Office (DAO) supports the Faculties and Schools in using apprenticeship data and information to drive improved performance and decision-making. We aim to support the apprenticeship planning activities and provide internal and external customers and employers with management information that is reliable and timely.
