Ecommerce Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Manager to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As a key member of our digital retail team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our luxury ecommerce platform.

• Website Management: Oversee the daily operations of the ecommerce platform, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient order management.
• Customer Experience: Manage customer relationships, resolving queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Sales Optimisation: Analyse sales data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Digital Strategy: Develop and implement digital strategies to drive traffic, sales, and customer engagement across all owned online channels and third-party retailers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, PR, and IT teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvements.
• Testing & Optimisation: Implement AB testing to refine user journeys and maximise sales.

• Experience in a digital marketing and ecommerce environment.
• Strong command of ecommerce/CMS platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Passion for luxury and fashion, with proven experience in dealing with customers in these sectors.
• Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
