Apprenticeship Data and Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our apprenticeship data quality initiatives, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data across the provision. As the Apprenticeship Data and Compliance Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders to develop and manage ESFA and Ofsted data requirements, prioritize improvements, and establish automated data quality reporting systems.
Key responsibilities include ensuring data and claims records are accurately maintained and submitted in a timely manner, meeting ESFA requirements, and resolving any D-Lock errors. You will also be responsible for the production and submission of the ILR return, including data collection, quality, coding, and production of the final file.
About YouWe are looking for an individual with significant operational experience in managing ESFA data returns, excellent management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. You will need to establish effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and maintain up-to-date knowledge of ESFA funding rules.
Please note that this role requires a minimum of 3 days a week working onsite at our department in Mile End.
