
Pension Administration Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Pension Administration Manager to join our team at Service Service Employment Agency Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our pension administration services, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and support.
Duties and Responsibilities- To oversee the administration of pension schemes, including Auto-Enrolment assessments and scheme maintenance.
- To manage a team of administrators, providing guidance and support as needed.
- To ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pension administration, including Auto-Enrolment requirements, and a Certificate in Financial Services or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in Financial Services is desirable.
PackageWe offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, plus 10% pension contribution, 4 x death in service, Bupa cash plan, 23 days holiday + BH, increasing incrementally following 2 years' service to a maximum of 29 days, support with professional qualifications, and flexibility on working hours and some working from home.
