Data Insights Specialist

Ralph Recruitment's client, a leading online retail business, is seeking a highly analytical professional to work as a Data Insights Specialist in their Burnley office.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting full life cycle analysis, developing analysis and reporting capabilities, and monitoring performance and quality control plans to identify improvements. You will have the opportunity to interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques, and develop visualisations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have proven strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset, along with knowledge/experience of SQL and Python programming. The salary for this role is estimated at around £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits, hybrid or work from home options, and the opportunity to commute to Burnley on occasion.
