We're seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team in Brentford. As an integral part of our finance department, you'll be responsible for managing accounts payable, including processing invoices, making payments, and maintaining accurate records.
About the Role:
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain up-to-date records and ensure timely payments.
- Authorise invoices according to established procedures.
- Utilise Sage and AX 2012 software to manage financial data.
- Reconcile supplier statements and perform 3-way matching.
