Safetykleen Account Payable Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team in Brentford. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing 150+ invoices per week using Sage and AX 2012, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

About the Role:

  • Process invoices with precision and speed, utilizing Sage and AX 2012 software.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely payment to suppliers.
  • Authorise invoices according to minimum control guidelines.
  • Capture and post invoices onto the ledger, prioritizing month-end close processing.
  • Upload and maintain Web Expenses into AX 2012 Accounting system.
  • Reconcile supplier statements quarterly.
  • Perform 3-way matching for PO invoices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Accounts Payable roles, including 3-way matching.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with Sage accounting software.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in invoice processing.
  • Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
