We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Leader to join our team at Resource on Demand. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our sales team to achieve exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies, as well as experience in managing and motivating a team of sales executives. You will be responsible for forecasting sales pipelines, hiring and nurturing a successful sales team, and ensuring that our sales team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales growth strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations
  • Forecast sales pipelines and provide regular sales performance updates
  • Hire and nurture a successful sales team, providing training and development opportunities to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and management, with a track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies
  • Experience in managing and motivating a team of sales executives, with a focus on driving sales growth and revenue
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
