About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Hope House in Slough. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to our customers, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake key-working responsibilities for a caseload assigned by the Team Leader/Manager
  • Conduct initial and continuous assessments of needs and potential risks, and agree levels of support and actions
  • Develop and maintain links with key agencies and service providers in the local community
  • Empower customers to access the services and benefits they are entitled to
  • Manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate and comprehensive records
About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support, and who is able to work effectively as part of a team. You will have a strong understanding of the needs of individuals with mental health issues, and be able to provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

You will be a good communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external agencies. You will also be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and be willing to participate in training and development opportunities.
