Senior Social Worker - MASH Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team in the Assessment and Intervention service.

The MASH team is the first point of contact for all potential safeguarding concerns in relation to children. As a Senior Social Worker, you will play a key role in identifying risks to and needs of children at the earliest possible point and responding with the most effective and joined-up actions.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of agencies and professionals to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children and their families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing and managing safeguarding concerns
  • Developing and implementing effective plans to support children and families
  • Working collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to achieve positive outcomes
  • Providing training and support to colleagues and partners
