Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Social Worker to join our Assessment & Intervention service in the MASH team. As a Senior Social Worker, you will play a critical role in promoting and safeguarding the wellbeing and interests of children.

About the Role:

The Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) is a co-located team that brings together agencies and their information to identify risks to and needs of children at the earliest possible point. As a Senior Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of children's needs and developing effective plans to address these needs.
  • Working collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to ensure timely and necessary actions are taken to improve outcomes for vulnerable children.
  • Providing guidance and support to colleagues to ensure that the MASH team is working effectively to safeguard children.
