As a Retail Operations Manager at EG On the Move, you will play a pivotal role in driving store performance and customer satisfaction. With a minimum 1-year experience in a management role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment, you will be responsible for managing store operations, achieving results, and creating exceptional moments through operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing store opening and closing procedures
  • Handling cash transactions and operating a point of sale system efficiently
  • Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees
  • Coaching and developing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with the management team to achieve business objectives

Estimated Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This salary range is competitive and takes into account the cost of living in Blackburn, Lancashire.
