Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our host family recruitment team in Brighton. As a Host Family Visitor, you'll play a key role in creating enriching cultural exchanges for international students and local communities. You'll be responsible for visiting potential host families, guiding them through paperwork, and ensuring all information is properly uploaded to our system.

Responsibilities

  • Visiting host families and completing paperwork, with a strong focus on compliance
  • Liaising with our existing host family community and handling enquiries
  • Matching international students with host families and assisting in placements
  • Participating in EF events and activities
  • Following up with newly collected paperwork and entering information into our database
  • Keeping our host family database up-to-date

Requirements

  • Highly motivated, energetic, and positive with a sociable and outgoing personality
  • Friendly and approachable manner, not afraid to speak to strangers
  • Highly organized and thorough, able to use initiative and work unsupervised
  • Excellent communicator with external clients such as host families, students, and colleagues
  • A flexible approach to work and hours of work undertaken is essential
  • Have the right to live and work in the UK
  • Complete fluency in English
  • All offers are subject to a clear DBS check and two references
  • Access to a car is desired
