We are seeking an Accommodation and Housing Officer to join our team at Serco. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional customer service.

About the Job:

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for conducting monthly inspections of properties within the allocated portfolio to ensure compliance with the AASC Contract and property standards guide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the on-boarding and withdrawal of properties within the allocated portfolio in accordance with the Housing Officer Local Operating Procedures (LOP).
  • Respond to customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their needs and provide support.

What You'll Need:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid UK driving licence and be willing to work outside of normal working hours on a rota basis.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 per annum. The salary range is based on experience and qualifications.
