About the Role:

Sovos, a global leader in tax compliance and trust solutions, seeks a Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager to drive product adoption, retention, and growth. As a trusted advisor, you will cultivate deep customer relationships and deliver high levels of business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer success.
  • Manage a book of 15-20 strategic customer accounts, including relationship management, adoption, and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align account activities with customer business cases and strategies.
  • Monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends, providing recommendations based on risk and customer needs.
  • Deliver periodic customer health checks and ensure customer feedback is captured and conveyed internally for ongoing improvement.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of customer success, account management, or sales experience in SaaS or a similar industry.
  • 2+ years of experience working with enterprise-size accounts.
  • General knowledge of tax reporting and compliance is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and issue tracking skills.
