Strategic Customer Success Lead

As a Strategic Customer Success Lead, you will manage key strategic accounts across our global customer base, driving adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy. You will have a passion to learn about cyber security and AI, while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
You will be responsible for engagement levels across your accounts, conducting business reviews to drive satisfaction and desired business outcomes, and monitoring customer engagement levels to assess risk and execute action plans.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a background in customer-facing roles, ideally at an enterprise or strategic level. You will work as part of a supportive team, managing a portfolio of our largest customers and ensuring they gain maximum utility from their Darktrace deployment.
