About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Braywick Leisure Centre in Maidenhead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the centre, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service and the maintenance of high standards of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, including financial procedures and staff management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers have a positive experience at the centre.
  • Lead and manage a team of recreation staff, providing training and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a depth of knowledge and experience of leisure centre operations, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. You will also need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
