About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Coordinator to join our team at Citizens Advice Liverpool. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the growth and sustainability of the Liverpool Access to Advice Network (LATAN), a dynamic and innovative network strengthening collaboration in the Liverpool advice sector.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community organisations and funders.
  2. Secure long-term funding and develop robust partnerships to support the network.
  3. Coordinate multiple tasks and projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and positive outcomes.
  4. Develop detailed work plans, timelines, and reports that showcase the impact and value of the network.
  5. Utilise a variety of ICT tools and systems, including Office365, to manage workload and collaborate with others.
  6. Support and amplify social policy and campaign efforts within the network, promoting equal opportunities and anti-discriminatory practices.

Established in 2020 through a groundbreaking project funded by Liverpool City Council, The University of Liverpool, and Citizens Advice Liverpool, LATAN has become a strong, evidence-led network enhancing how advice services operate in the city. By working in partnership and developing a thriving community of practice, LATAN is transforming access to legal advice and support in Liverpool.
