About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and organized Business Support Coordinator to join our team at Additional Resources. As a key member of our estate agency, you will be responsible for managing general administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with clients, potential clients, solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage brokers.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our business by utilizing your estate agency experience.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry and case management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Your Ideal Background

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 1 year of office administration experience, preferably within an estate agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • A valid UK driving license is essential for this position.
