We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team at JAM Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage reporting, approvals, governance, and process support for the Sales Operations function
  • Support financial modelling, pricing requests, and commissioning
  • Implement and manage process improvements
  • Ensure governance of customer contracting and become a trusted advisor across the business
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in sales operations, particularly in processes. You will have a business analyst mindset and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities change quickly. Industry experience in data centre, technology, SAAS, or telecoms is ideal, but not essential. Strong Excel and data skills are a must, and experience with Power BI and/or working in a technical role before moving into Sales Ops is a bonus.
