Medical Sales Representative Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team at MediWeightloss. Our weight loss clinic is dedicated to helping patients achieve their weight loss goals, and we need someone with a passion for health and wellness to help us succeed.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a medical office and a proven track record of sales success. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Internet Lead System, including inbound and outbound support, call and text tracking, and patient scheduling.

Medical Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the Internet Lead System, including inbound and outbound support, call and text tracking, and patient scheduling.
  • Answer inbound calls from potential patients inquiring about the program and/or requesting to schedule an initial consultation.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to patients to discuss their progress and address any missed appointments.
  • Consult with patients to present the company services and promote the value plans.
  • Perform insurance verification and preauthorization.
  • Assist with front desk duties.

Medical Sales Representative Requirements

  • Experience working in a medical office.
  • Sales experience.
  • Ability to work on Saturday from 7 am to 1 pm.

  • Must be able to multitask, apply critical thinking skills, and provide the highest level of customer service at all levels of the operation.
  • Interpersonal/human relations skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate both over the phone and face-to-face.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a CAN DO attitude.
