Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Patient Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the Internet Lead System, including inbound and outbound support, call tracking, patient scheduling, and consultation management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the Internet Lead System, including inbound and outbound support, call tracking, patient scheduling, and consultation management.
  • Answer inbound calls from potential patients inquiring about the program and/or requesting to schedule an initial consultation.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to patients to discuss their progress and address any missed appointments.
  • Consult with patients individually, present company services, and promote value plans.
  • Perform insurance verification and pre-authorization tasks.
  • Assist with front desk duties.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a medical, dental, physical therapy, chiropractic, or similar office.
  • Sales experience.
  • Ability to work on Saturdays from 7 am to 1 pm.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must be able to multitask, apply critical thinking skills, and provide high-level customer service at all levels of the operation.
  • Strong interpersonal and human relations skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate over the phone and in person.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A 'can-do' attitude.
