Job Description:

This role involves working as a key member of the EngineeringUK team in a supportive capacity, ensuring excellent customer service and delivery of commercial KPIs. The jobholder will provide operational expertise, champion new ways of working, and drive on-the-job productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experience by prioritizing tasks and ensuring consistent standards.
  • Act on customer feedback to drive improvement and deliver brilliant basics.
  • Coach the team to achieve excellent product presentation and support the delivery of plan A.
  • Provide regular feedback to line managers to support colleague performance.
  • Support visual merchandising updates across launches, events, and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • A good communicator with ability to build relationships and work within a team.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • Maintain high presentation standards, attention to detail, and deliver on time, right first time.
  • Interpret data relevant to the role.
  • Good level of digital capability and can access and utilize relevant systems.

Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum
