Total Management Group is a leading provider of event and travel solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled candidate to join our fast-growing team as a Group Travel Manager.

This role offers a diverse and varied career path with opportunities for individual growth and development in a fast-paced environment. As a Group Travel Manager, you will support the successful delivery of group and event travel across our key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage flight bookings, room blocks, ground transportation, project proposals, and budgets
  • Develop relationships with clients while understanding their unique requirements to deliver a first-class service

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years travel industry experience, preferably within Group/Event Travel
  • Strong industry knowledge with an understanding of airfares, contracted fares, ticketing, and hotel reservations
  • Proven knowledge of a GDS (ideally Galileo/Smartpoint)
  • Experience using event registration platforms and travel mid/back-office systems

Attributes:

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently with confidence or as part of a team
  • Quick learning and ability to adapt to new and ever-changing environments

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
