Loyalty Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Loyalty Marketing Executive to join our team at Poundland. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive loyalty marketing strategy that drives customer engagement and retention.
As a Loyalty Marketing Executive, you will work closely with our Senior Marketing Manager, Head of Digital Loyalty, and other key stakeholders to develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives. You will be responsible for managing the loyalty marketing budget, analyzing campaign performance, and providing regular budget reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Director.
You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, including Retail, to ensure excellent engagement and execution of loyalty campaigns. Additionally, you will work closely with our CRM team to develop and execute a category-leading content strategy for Loyalty, including in-app content, in-store POS, PR & Social content, brand activations, and marketing collateral.
We are looking for a highly creative and proactive individual with a strong understanding of the retail industry and experience in developing and presenting propositions and strategies to business leaders. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive loyalty marketing strategy that drives customer engagement and retention.
- Manage the loyalty marketing budget, analyzing campaign performance and providing regular budget reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Director.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including Retail, to ensure excellent engagement and execution of loyalty campaigns.
- Work closely with our CRM team to develop and execute a category-leading content strategy for Loyalty, including in-app content, in-store POS, PR & Social content, brand activations, and marketing collateral.
- Develop and present propositions and strategies to business leaders, including the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Director.
- 2-3 years of marketing or brand management experience, ideally in new product development or loyalty/rewards.
- Strong expertise in brand marketing, omnichannel marketing, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly creative with a proactive mindset, motivated to drive results and innovate.
- Good understanding of the retail industry and experience in developing and presenting propositions and strategies to business leaders.
