About the Opportunity:
CV-Library is seeking a highly skilled Glasgow Site Director to manage commercial fitout projects. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead a team and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Management and a minimum of 3 years' experience managing commercial fitout projects. You will be responsible for reporting to and supporting the Project Manager, Contracts Manager, and Client, as well as directing and managing personnel, site staff, and subcontractors.
This role involves overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring quality of work. You will also be responsible for coordinating with the project team to provide accurate and timely information.
Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial fitout projects in Glasgow
- Report to and support the Project Manager, Contracts Manager, and Client
- Direct and manage personnel, site staff, and subcontractors
- Ensure quality of work and coordinate with the project team
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements:
- Degree in Construction Management or similar trade qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing commercial fitout projects
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors and projects
- Ability to work closely with the design team
- Excellent IT skills and digital presentational skills
Estimated Salary:
£57,500 - £62,000 per annum
