We are seeking an experienced Technology Engineering Manager to join our Glasgow production plant team. As a key member of our site leadership team, you will shape vision and strategy for the Glasgow site.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in process engineering, product quality, and management. They will collaborate with R&D and global product line teams to develop optimized processes, testing procedures, and compliance with ISO standards. Additionally, they will manage departmental budgets, resources, and performance metrics, ensuring effective management of change (MOC) processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
