At Allen Associates, we are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a diligent and proactive individual with proven experience in office administration.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office and its facilities. This will include collaborating with Project Leads to support and coordinate key projects, as well as assisting the Office Manager in managing finances and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring seamless office operations and facility management.
  • Supporting Project Leads in coordinating key projects.
  • Assisting the Office Manager in financial and resource management.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
