We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Deputy Manager at North Lakes Children's Services. Job Description
  • Salary: £33,112.56 per annum.
  • Location: Carlisle, Cumbria.
  • Hours: 42 hours per week, including shift rotation.
Responsibilities
  • To work closely with the Home Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote the welfare and well-being of our residents.
  • To supervise and mentor members of our team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and support to deliver high-quality care and education.
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of our service's strategic plan, aligning with the goals and objectives of North Lakes Children's Services.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of experience in residential childcare, preferably in a management capacity.
  • An excellent understanding of the issues facing young people in care, with a commitment to providing inclusive and supportive environments.
  • A strong leadership style, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, with a flexible approach to working hours.
