We are seeking an experienced Residential Deputy Manager to join our team at North Lakes Children's Services. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Team:

You will be working as part of a small team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to residents. Our team is committed to promoting the physical, emotional and educational well-being of residents and we are looking for someone who shares our values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of dedicated professionals in providing care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the physical, emotional and educational well-being of residents
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure seamless provision of services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

  • Hold Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma/Children and Young People's Workforce/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
  • Have an understanding of the issues that face young people in care
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Be willing to learn and develop new skills
  • Be able to work well as part of a small team
  • Have a full, clean UK driving licence and be able to cover at other Residential Homes as and when needed
