We are seeking an experienced professional to join the Protein Binders team at Nxera Pharma, a technology-powered biopharma company focused on developing new specialty medicines. The successful candidate will work in an interdisciplinary team, contributing to the development of life-changing medicines in therapeutic areas such as inflammation diseases, neurology, and immunology.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in molecular biology, with experience in phage display campaigns and a PhD (or MSc/MRes with equivalent lab experience). They will be responsible for sharing their expertise and insights across the team, project, and department to influence project success.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting phage display campaigns and generating timely and informative data
  • Collaborating with scientists across disciplines to achieve project goals
  • Sharing knowledge and expertise to drive project success
