Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Service Lead to manage the daily operations of our children's residential care home in Dover Area.

Salary Package: £55,500 - £59,000 per annum + on-call allowance + potential for Outstanding Ofsted bonus.

This is a full-time permanent role with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week, offering 28 days paid annual leave entitlement, 8 Bank Holidays, and a loyalty scheme rewarding additional annual leave after 2 years of service.

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will lead staff teams, promote our company's ethos, and ensure compliance with Health and Safety guidelines, including a monthly audit.

Essential Requirements:
  • Hold a GCSE in Maths and English at C Grade or above.
  • Have experience working in a senior role within a children's residential care setting.
  • Be physically fit and possess excellent organisational skills.
