Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager - Pensions Administration, you will play a pivotal role in leading our Pensions Project team in Leeds. This challenging position involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to prestigious clients, including market-leading global companies.
The Key Responsibilities- Oversee the planning, control, and monitoring of business-as-usual projects, ensuring timely completion.
- BUILD EXPERTISE IN TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE THROUGH EXPERIENCE AND SERVE AS A POINT OF REFERENCE ON TECHNICAL ISSUES AND PROJECT-RELATED QUERIES.
- IDENFIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR OFFSHORE DELIVERY, MANAGE TRANSITION, AND QUALITY CONTROL.
- CHECK, MENTOR, AND DRIVE COLLEAGUE TRAINING, DEVELOPMENT, AND TEAM PERFORMANCE.
- A DEMONSTRABLE TRACK RECORD IN DEALING WITH DB AND/OR DC OCCUPATIONAL SCHEMES IS ESSENTIAL.
- PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN MANAGING A TEAM OR MENTORING/TRAINING WITHIN A PENSIONS ADMINISTRATION ENVIRONMENT WOULD BE BENEFICIAL.
- STRONG TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND THE ABILITY TO ORGANIZE AND PRIORITIZE TASKS ARE REQUIRED.
- COMPUTER LITERACY, INCLUDING FAMILIARITY WITH EXCEL.
