Job Title: Business Development Manager

At GEM Partnership, we are seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to join our team. With 10 offices across the UK, we provide property consultancy services ranging from architecture to property valuation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bids and tenders, ensuring that all submissions meet the required standards and deadlines. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in business development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage bids and tenders from initial stages to submission
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate bid teams to ensure timely delivery of submissions
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and resources needed for bids

Requirements:
We are looking for someone with strong project management skills, experience working with large datasets, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in bid management and a deep understanding of the property industry.

Salary: £55,000 + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits
