We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Engineering Director or Senior Manager to join Michelle Waterworth Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency in the Construction, Engineering & Manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UK market and be able to develop strong business relationships with clients.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters and developing new business opportunities. They will also be expected to maintain excellent client relationships and deliver high-quality results.
