At Protocol Education, we are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Learning Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in challenging behaviour who want to make a positive impact on pupils' lives.

The successful candidate will work closely with school staff to improve pupil behaviour, building strong relationships with students as a mentor and role model. This position requires the ability to work across age and ability spectrums, both individually and in groups.
