Overview
We are seeking an experienced Children's Registered Manager to join our team in Sunderland.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of young people. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive care plans, fostering consultation, allocating key workers, handling complaints and concerns, collaborating with stakeholders, participating in meetings, and embracing a safe culture.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, management development training programme, and continuous development from our in-house Leadership Academy.
Essential Requirements
At least 2 years' experience in a position related to Children's residential care, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years.
