Residential Care Team Leader

Domus Recruitment is currently looking for a qualified and experienced Registered Manager to join their team in Darlington, County Durham.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring that high-quality care is delivered to individuals with Mental Health and Learning Disabilities.

Job Requirements:- Level 3 Social Care qualification (Minimum essential required).
- Level 5 Social care qualification in line with the organisation's strategic aims or willingness to complete the qualification within a designated time frame.
- Good knowledge and practical implementation of CQC regulations.
- Experience of working at a supervisory level in care/support setting within the last 3 years.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and the internet.
- Full Driving License, use of car, with business use.
