We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist to join our team at Experian.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing cybersecurity activities surrounding mergers and acquisitions, as well as a strong understanding of cybersecurity trends and threats.

Key responsibilities will include managing contracting firms, analyzing potential target companies, and collaborating with partners to ensure our cybersecurity goals are achieved.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in information security and compliance, as well as experience working as a Cyber/Information Security Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all cybersecurity activities surrounding Experian's mergers and acquisitions programs
  • Analyze potential target companies for maturity in their security programs
  • Manage contracting firms and support delivery of onboarding requirements
  • Maintain the M&A security due diligence program
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure our cybersecurity goals are achieved
  • Communicate with internal Senior Leadership and external partners
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on cybersecurity activities and findings

Requirements:

  • Experience in information security & compliance
  • Experience working as a Cyber/Information Security Consultant
  • Previous experience as a consultant in the technology and cybersecurity space
  • Proficiency in multiple cybersecurity technical domains
  • Experience with system development lifecycle
  • Experience with working across enterprise programs in a matrixed organization
  • Drive quick decisions on complex topics with large partner groups
  • Financial skills and budgetary planning experience
