Job Title: Duty Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at 4Leisure Recruitment. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our luxury residential leisure facilities, providing exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and external contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operation of the leisure facility, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Assist in the delivery of fitness and leisure programs, including group exercise classes and personal training sessions.
  • Provide administrative support to the Club & Spa Manager, including reporting and data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors to promote the leisure facility and its services.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in a similar role in the health and fitness industry, preferably in a 5* environment.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Level 2 Gym Instructor/ Level 3 Personal Trainer with Group Exercise qualification.
  • First Aid and/or RLSS Emergency Responder qualification desirable.
  • Health and Safety experience within a leisure facility.
