Job Title: Duty Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at 4Leisure Recruitment. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our luxury residential leisure facilities, providing exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and external contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operation of the leisure facility, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Assist in the management of the Club & Spa Manager, reporting on facility operations and customer feedback.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive personal training and group exercise programs, increasing revenue and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in a similar role within the health and fitness industry, preferably in a 5* environment.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and managing time effectively.
  • Level 2 Gym Instructor/ Level 3 Personal Trainer with Group Exercise certification.
  • First Aid and/or RLSS Emergency Responder qualification desirable, training can be provided if required.
  • Health and Safety experience within a leisure facility.
