Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Site Service Technician to join our team at Dalkia. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems at client sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and undertake all planned and reactive maintenance routines for electrical building services equipment at designated client sites.
  • Ensure all maintenance records are completed and returned to the Helpdesk, and site log books are updated and maintained in accordance with company standards.
  • Provide maintenance and reactive services to client sites as required, including cover for absences at other sites.
  • Receive and action PPM instructions from the PlanOn system, and complete all maintenance tasks in accordance with these instructions.
  • Ensure all maintenance consumables are available and arrange replenishment to maintain agreed stock levels.
  • Complete all electronic and paper records to ensure accurate site log book records.
  • Undertake diagnostic analysis and visual condition inspections of installed equipment, and submit written reports of any issues.
  • Enter into dialogue with client representatives to ensure no outstanding issues and to maintain high-quality service delivery.
  • Carry out general maintenance and good housekeeping practices to maximize the life expectancy of installed equipment.
  • Participate in Health & Safety Codes of Safe Working and Environmental issues to ensure total compliance with Dalkia's Health, Safety and Environmental Policy.
  • Report any omissions or risks that may compromise a Safe Working Environment.
  • Attend to all reasonable emergency call-out requests, and maintain good communications with clients on the progress of outstanding works.
  • Make recommendations to the Area Supervisor on matters concerning continuous improvement and adding value to service delivery.
  • Complete all Dalkia maintenance tasks as generated by the PMST PlanOn CAFM system.
  • Ensure plant areas are always clean and tidy.
  • Respond to client requests promptly.
  • Maintain all site records and logbooks.
  • Look for ways to continually enhance the operation of the site.
