About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Analytics Developer to join our team at Deutsche Bank in London. As a key member of our Control Strats team, you will play a crucial role in implementing effective and efficient front-to-back control frameworks for our trading businesses.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Migrate functionality and data from legacy systems to our strategic Model Inventory solution.
  • Enhance the user interface, workflow, and develop an alerting capability for Model Inventory and integrate with risk data.
  • Engage with stakeholders and our Bank's strategic system (Kannon).
  • Build processes to make deployment and releases more efficient.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Good computing and programming skills and experience, including recent experience of programming languages such as Python and C++, as well as standard development tools (such as GitHub, Bitbucket).
  • Experience in developing UIs – HyperText Markup Language (HTML), Typescript, React, AngularJS, and Flask.
  • Quantitative development and modelling experience in the financial service sector is advantageous.
  • Experience of workflows, Kotlin, and Docker are an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams and functions.
