We are seeking a committed Loan Equipment Coordinator to become a vital part of our Materials team at London Bridge Hospital. This role is essential for overseeing all loan equipment necessary for procedures within the healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and documenting deliveries of loan equipment
- Meticulously inspecting instrument sets and prosthetics
- Promptly communicating with Clinical Nurse Specialists and Company representatives regarding any discrepancies
- Documenting missing items post-procedure for accurate records
- Coordinating with surgical teams to ensure timely availability of loan equipment for upcoming procedures
- Efficiently managing procurement processes
- Maintaining physical activity due to the nature of the role
Qualifications for the Role:
- Previous experience in Materials management, preferably with medical surgical products or equipment
- Strong communication abilities
- Proficiency in IT systems
