Job Title: Warranty Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls to ensure effective communication with clients.
  • Data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance to ensure accurate records.
  • Managing spreadsheets and running reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicating with clients to provide updates and resolve any issues.
  • Invoicing clients in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Producing customer quotations to meet client needs.
  • Achieving targets set by upper management to drive business growth.

Key Skills Required:
  • Excellent Customer Service skills essential for building strong relationships with clients.
  • The ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Must have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in using a PC to manage data and perform administrative tasks.
