Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls to ensure effective communication with clients.
- Data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance to ensure accurate records.
- Managing spreadsheets and running reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicating with clients to provide updates and resolve any issues.
- Invoicing clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Producing customer quotations to meet client needs.
- Achieving targets set by upper management to drive business growth.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent Customer Service skills essential for building strong relationships with clients.
- The ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Must have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Experience in using a PC to manage data and perform administrative tasks.
